Trillium Lake in Oregon in autumn 2007.
The picture was abandoned by me for a while, and then to my pleasant surprise it won DD on Feb 3, 2009. This honor made me decide to prepare a larger version of the image.

Yeah, a great picture, wish it was a HiRess so it could be used as a wallpaper; but it is understandable keeping watch of your work as a photographer.
